ALBATROSS GOLF

A note on your information.

Last updated October 12, 2026.

What you choose to share

A trip kit request collects your email, the resource requested, and any destination or planner details included with it. Name, group size, dates, and budget are optional follow-up details. The introduction form asks for a name and email; trip details are optional. Please do not submit passport details, payment information, or sensitive personal information.

Corporate inquiries

The corporate form collects business contact information, company, event purpose, approximate headcount, date preferences, destination, total budget range, golf interest, and optional context. We use those answers to prepare a discovery brief and maintain an opportunity record, with a history of planning-stage updates. Marketing permission is a separate, unchecked choice. Do not include individual medical, passport, payment-card, or other sensitive attendee information. A later planning scope will establish an appropriate route for necessary attendee requirements.

Contact about your request

When you unlock a kit or submit an introduction request, Albatross stores it to review your interests and contact you about that request. The kit is available immediately on the website. A request does not book a trip, reserve a tee time, or confirm a call appointment.

Optional trip ideas

The separate, unchecked trip-ideas box records whether you want occasional marketing updates. You can receive the kit without selecting it. Permission, the form version, and the request time are recorded. Ask us to stop optional updates at any time using the contact below. Automated customer follow-ups are not enabled. Internal inquiry notifications may be sent to Albatross so your request can be reviewed.

How the website remembers this visit

This tab’s session storage may hold the first page path, campaign tags, referring website hostname, a random session identifier, your submitted contact details for form prefilling, and whether you dismissed a reminder. This information is limited to the browser session and can be cleared through your browser. Budget inputs stay in the page unless you include them in a kit or introduction request.

Understanding what is useful

The site can record when a kit form is seen or started, a destination finder is completed, a kit is downloaded, or a planning-call link is clicked. These events include the page path, resource, placement, random session identifier, and time; they do not include your email or the text entered in a form. Submitted requests also include source information to help Albatross understand where interest comes from.

Storage and access

Requests and measurement events are stored in the website’s hosted database. The inbox and contact exports are restricted to the Albatross owner account. A daily hash derived from the network address helps limit repeated submissions. Duplicate email addresses are grouped for follow-up. The site does not collect payment details or verify ownership of an email address.

Third-party services

The site uses hosted website infrastructure and Resend for internal inquiry notifications. These alerts contain the inquiry category, a reference, its time, and a private-inbox link; the alert does not include your submitted answers or contact details. The site may load fonts from Google Fonts. Linked course, photography, and scheduling websites have their own privacy practices. A scheduling provider is used only if a calendar link is made available.

Before a trip is booked

Supplier-specific traveler information, booking conditions, and payment processes will be discussed separately. Submitting information here does not authorize payment or confirm availability.
