A TRIP WITH ROOM TO BREATHE

The right place.
The right pace.

Decide whether this is a Kiawah golf stay with a Charleston visit, or a Charleston trip with golf days added. Those choices create different transfer needs. For a golf-first group, building the itinerary around one island base keeps more of the day available for the courses and the coast.

ONE WAY TO EXPERIENCE IT

A starting point, made yours.

Illustrative itinerary.
All arrangements require confirmation.

Day 1

Arrive in the Lowcountry

Reach your base and keep the evening simple. Allow a separate transfer window if you arrive through Charleston.

Days 2–3

Make the golf the occasion

Place a confirmed Ocean Course round at the center of the trip, with another Kiawah course on a different day.

Days 4–6

Add another chapter

Consider Turtle Point or a Charleston day, then leave enough time for the final round and departure.

What to know
before you go.

Ask about course-specific policies

Verify current walking, caddie, and cart arrangements for each course. Do not assume the same policies apply across the resort.

Separate island and city time

Check driving times before arranging Charleston dinners or activities on a golf day. One intentional city visit may work better than repeated transfers.

Budget the complete round

Ask which golf charges, caddie fees, gratuities, and transport costs sit outside the quoted package. Confirm weather and cancellation terms in writing.
